We're looking for an Administrator to join our Facilities team based in Norwich. Location : Norwich, Norfolk Hours : 20 hours per week What will you be responsible for? As an Administrator, you'll be working within the operational team, supporting them in operational administration to enable the Facilities Manager to deliver all operational requirements on current FM Contracts. Your day to day will include: Liaise with clients, helpdesk, sub-contractors and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered to contractual requirements. Maintain subcontractor information and issue Authority to work where required. Collate and upload operational and subcontractor information into document management installations. Assist Facilities Manager with financial systems and information including Excel spreadsheets, raising Purchase Orders, obtaining information from subcontractors and following up on enquiries to aid the operations of the contract. Taking and distributing minutes from meetings What are we looking for? This role of an Administrator is great for you if you have: Ability to diligently maintain a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet document or similar software Ability to collate information from various and create reports.
