Responsible for ensuring that CRH Europe's centrally managed SAP strategic templates effectively meet the requirements of the businesses utilising them. Responsible for stakeholder management, governance, communication, service management, demand management, capacity planning, budgeting, end user awareness & knowledge management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Leading engagement with businesses using the SAP strategic templates, inc. leadership, business process owners/experts, IT managers & key users
2. Responsible for ensuring that business requirements are understood, prioritised and addressed in a satisfactory and timely manner
3. Responsible for governance operating models/processes to oversee the strategic SAP templates, including Steering Committees and business process ownership
4. Accountable for service and demand management processes, promoting timely and efficient resolution of service requests and prioritisation of demands
5. Owning the capacity planning process to evaluate current / future resourcing (internal & external) against the current / future workload demands
6. Managing the departmental finances for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions team, including budget creation, forecasting, approvals and business recharging
7. Driving user adoption through the provision / coordination of end-user training and knowledge management services and capabilities which ensure users have the resources and support needed to exploit their SAP strategic template

You are/have:
1. Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2. Multiple years of experience working with SAP
3. SAP service delivery experience (incidents, changes & projects)
4. Client / customer service / relationship management experience
5. Experience of working in a manufacturing / industrial environment
6. Experience of working internationally with different countries / cultures
