Role: Classroom Manager
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Location: SA2
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Classroom Manager to provide general cover in a partner school in the Swansea area. The school is always on the lookout for Classroom Managers to support the teaching staff during illnesses or absences. This secondary school values supporting the local community.

* Previous experience as a Classroom Manager, Cover Supervisor, or Unqualified Teacher is preferred; however, we welcome applicants with transferable skills or those who have supported young people in a similar capacity.
Roles and responsibilities of a Classroom Manager:
* Delivering lessons where the work has been set by the teacher.
* Ensuring positive behaviour management in accordance with school policies.
* Supporting pupils who are having difficulty completing the assigned work.
* Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
* Assisting with the supervision of pupils outside of lesson times, including before and after school and at lunchtime.
