Your role as Team Leader
We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leader to join our Franchise Team at Costa Coffee, primarily based at University Park at the University of Nottingham.
As a member of our team, you will have a positive and energetic approach, and be a colleague that the team looks forward to working with, building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have an eye for detail and aim to deliver exceptional operational standards and service at all times.
Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities for the role include:
1. The operation, organisation, and supervision of one of our Costa Coffee stores.
2. Ensuring high quality and consistent service is provided at all times.
3. Leading by example, being inclusive, fair, and respectful.
4. Being resilient and able to adapt to change quickly.
Position Available
This is a permanent, part-time position. Hours of work are 25 per week (5 shifts/5 hours each day mainly Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends) working between the hours of 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent contract over 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility working a range of shifts will be required.

Successful candidates for this position will be expected to attend statutory training courses within 6 months of commencing employment and any refresher training required as part of the role. Further details will be given at the interview.
