About the job
Coastline is looking for a Deputy Head of Property Investment and Compliance to support our brilliant asset management, facilities, and compliance team. You will be an experienced asset manager, able to use your team’s stock condition data to direct long-term business planning through the development of component replacement programmes and specifications to ensure Coastline housing stock remains fit for the future. This will include planned investment, capital compliance, and investment projects.
You will lead the team managing around £14m annual investment in our homes, with extensive knowledge and understanding of construction methodology, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirements relevant to housing customer safety and legal compliance requirements. In addition, you will lead the team responsible for the facilities management of services to corporate buildings and common areas.
We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification and experience in asset management activities who is also highly IT-literate with excellent written communication skills to provide consistent, high-quality customer service to ensure achievement of Coastline's corporate objectives, particularly the safety of Coastline’s customers. A full driving licence and a satisfactory DBS check are essential for this role.
