What is the role?
As a Real Estate Lawyer within our national team, you'll play a pivotal role in handling diverse commercial real estate development and investment projects and asset management matters. You'll also provide crucial support on larger real estate transactions. Our team is dynamic and busy, allowing you to quickly immerse yourself in high-quality work alongside local and national clients.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
We're keen to see applications from enthusiastic real estate lawyers who've had exposure to complex real estate work. You'll need some experience of collaborating on real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, contributing legal advice on property development, assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions and ultimately delivering a first-class service to our clients,
You'll be a lawyer who is excited at the prospect of working in a busy and supportive environment. Excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism, a bright mind and a strong team ethos to help further develop the team's client base is important for this role. Business development is important for all of our lawyers, and you will be able to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of client events, writing articles for our website and other marketing activities.
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:
1. A legal qualification with 2+ year's post admission experience.
2. Experience of working on development transactions.
3. Experience gained from working as part of a team on complex transactions.
4. Able to demonstrate knowledge gained in this area of law.
