Nethergate Academy, located in Nottingham City (Clifton), is seeking a confident, dedicated, and dynamic senior leader to join our senior leadership team and drive our core values and beliefs to provide the very best for our children.
As the Director of Partnerships and EHCPS, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Principal and Heads of School, leading the school towards achieving its strategic goals. If you have QTS, the post title will be Assistant Principal. You will be responsible for driving improvements in teaching and learning, as well as managing a specific area of the curriculum or school improvement.
To be successful, you will be:
* An excellent leader who can lead by example
* Able to use data, observations, and other monitoring activities to lead to excellence in pupil outcomes
* Able to coach and mentor classroom-based staff to develop and improve their practice
* Able to lead a significant whole-school area, in this instance, EHCP provision and processes, including related CPD

With 173 pupils (190 Sept 25), our school offers a unique and supportive environment for both pupils and staff. We are an all-age (5–19) academy for children with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Many of our children are autistic, and some have SEMH needs.
