What you’ll do
Your daily responsibilities will see you lead the delivery team and be responsible for programme activities across Boxed, working closely with stakeholders across NatWest, our technology partners and Boxed customers.
This role is accountable for ensuring appropriate planning, forecasting, tracking and visibility of progress and MI to multiple stakeholders, identifying risks and challenges, and using deep cross functional knowledge to propose solutions and mitigations.
Your top priorities will include:
* Coordination of Product Delivery and Operational Readiness for product releases
* B2B client launch readiness and support through launches and in-life
* Steering complex, technical programmes of work with partners and NatWest Group
* Coordinating pilots, trials and scaling of multiple customers on different timelines
* Defining the processes required for Boxed to deliver commercial success across a range of products with multiple clients
* Clear and high integrity reporting and communications to internal teams, stakeholders and external clients
* Cross-functionally coordinating with credibility at all business levels helping to steer focus to the right places by filtering and clearly highlighting challenges
The skills you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll have excellent leadership skills and an understanding of how to provide management across an end-to-end business and deliver key business outcomes. As well as this, you’ll have a background in Banking and Payments systems, including relevant banking regulations and risks; ideally B2B, Retail Savings and/or Lending.
In addition, you’ll have experience of delivering systemic, customer-centric programmes of work and the ability to work collaboratively with and influence senior stakeholders and senior counterparts.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to have technical internal and external discussions and excellent stakeholder management skills including managing third party suppliers
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to help teams to prioritise based on business value and customer requirements,
* Fantastic organisation skills with an ability to manage many streams of work in parallel
* Process design and implementation knowledge as well as deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall processes
