Duties: Order processing via phone & email Remain up to date with product knowledge- answer customer questions on products Introduce new products to customers Offer and follow up on samples requests Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers Upselling and cross selling to new and existing customers Operate the Live Chat System Account manage any accounts that are handed over to you by Senior Management Mailshots to existing and / or new customers Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new product
