Aptia Group is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to play a key role in the commercial success of our business as we find and onboard new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of high-quality proposals and bids in response to RFI/RFPs
* Management of the bid process, including planning and adhering to timelines for submission and managing delivery from internal stakeholders
* Creation and maintenance of the Aptia bid response library
* Drafting of responses
* Formatting and proofreading proposals before submission
Requirements:
* Bid management experience within the financial services sector, with pensions industry knowledge strongly preferred
* Project management experience and strong organisational skills, able to multi-task
* Strong attention to detail with good design skills
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and other document management as required
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to form connections and strong working relationships at all levels
