Team Leader
Our client is looking to recruit a Team Leader that has some experience in leading people. You must be forward thinking and a good motivator of people; our client needs someone who is committed to the values of inclusion and who will support them to live a fulfilled life. You will have to be comfortable with storytelling and not be afraid to be animated as this is very important to our client and something he expects from their staff team daily.
Essential for this role:
Hold a full UK drivers licence

Hours: 30 to 37.5h to be agreed
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team in planning and achieving activities, outings, and day trips. You will lead from the front and set examples for the rest of the team, and you should be someone who is highly self-motivated and understands how to get the best from your team. You will be responsible for rotas and timesheets, ensuring that our client has the support they need and the overall smooth running of the team.
You will need to be fairly confident with the use of technology, such as a laptop, smartphone, Outlook, Word, etc.; a flexible and calm approach to your working day will be an asset. You will be allocated management hours to do planning, complete paperwork tasks, and attend meetings, along with time for professional development and mandatory training. You will be expected to communicate well with your team, our client's family, and external professionals. You will need to be organised and able to prioritise and manage your time well.
Ideally, you will:

4. Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
5. Have good organisational skills
6. Have good time management skills
7. Be comfortable with IT
