Commercial Asbestos Surveyor, Northampton, nationwide
Salary: £34,000 - £40,500 + overtime
1. Car Allowance of £3,000pa
2. Business milage of 27ppm
3. £15/night overnight allowance (in addition to the company paying for accommodation, diner and breakfast)
4. 5% Pension contribution

Our Client is a well established and specialised Health and safety practise that has over 15 years of experience within their market. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy that covers a range of sectors from Commercial and Health-car properties to housing associations and education services. The client is constantly looking to grow and develop within their sectors and is therefore looking for a motivated and reliable individual who meets the following requirements:
The Role
A great job vacancy has arisen for a contract asbestos surveyor wanting to work on an exciting contract on a national basis. The role will see you conducting management and re-inspection surveys to exclusively healthcare type buildings.
You will carry out the surveys using an in-house template that my client will provide for you and on a once weekly basis you will be required to drop into the Derbyshire office to submit your site reports, that will then be written up for you into full surveys for you to sign-off.
Surveys will be carried out in accordance with UKAS standards.
Our Client is looking for reliable and driven individuals who meet the following requirements:
5. P402 or RSPH equivalent
6. Experience with R&D surveys
7. Experience within the commercial sector
8. Have at least 6 months post qualification experience
