Job Title: Business Analyst - HR and Payroll Contract: 12 Month FTC Location: Kings Hill (Hybrid - 2 days office based per week average) Our client, a global leader in the charitable finance sector is undergoing an exciting transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering new systems and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects, including replacing legacy systems with scalable, cloud-based SaaS platforms. The Role Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT to gather and document requirements. Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements. Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions. Create essential project materials such as process flows, wireframes, and test plans. Ensure projects align with governance standards and best practices. What You Need Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, with a focus on delivering results and driving improvements. Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
