**Job Title**: Support Worker (Fife Resettlement Support Service)
*No personal care or medication administration duties*
**Location**: Based at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, primarily in North East Fife. This role requires lone working in the community.
**Hours of Work**: 37.5 hours per week (mainly 9 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday; some weekends and evenings may be required).

**The Service**
This role focuses on supporting individuals and families from war-torn countries to settle and start afresh in the UK. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, you will help individuals navigate life transitions, access services, and develop independence. This includes emotional, practical, and administrative support, as well as advocacy and collaboration with other agencies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build effective relationships with people facing challenges, supporting them to live independently and make informed choices.
- Collaborate with agencies, partners, and local organizations to expand support services.
- Manage a personal caseload, act as a key worker, and participate in team meetings and supervision.
- Driving is essential, requiring a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

**Important Information**
