Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our client who are a creative-led experiential events agency based in Leeds!
As a Production Manager, you will be a key player in the events team, working alongside senior management to ensure seamless execution of your events and builds. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, delivering outstanding experiences for leading retail and consumer brands.
You will play a key role in the success of each event, managing everything from production logistics to technical execution. Your expertise will go beyond event production – you’ll have a strong grasp of floor plans, AV requirements, on-site build management, and stakeholder coordination, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise.
Your focus will be on delivering the best possible solutions that maximize results for both the business and the client, all while maintaining the highest quality standards.
I appreciate there is a lot of subjectivity in terms of what a Production Manager does so here is a bit of an overview of your key focuses:
* Client & project management
* Production & build oversight
* Team leadership & communication
* Budget & commercial management
* On-site delivery & AV management
* Sustainability & post-event logistics.
Their head office is based in Leeds, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days from home) during normal office hours so please ensure you live within a commutable distance before applying for this role. Due to the nature of this role, there may be some evening and weekend work required when the events are live also.
Salary wise, depending on your experience we could be looking anywhere between £35,000 and £60,000 per annum. You will also benefit from many company benefits and get to be a part of a small but mighty team where creativity is at the heart of everything you do!
