Inside Sales Engineer
Location: Leeds
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join an existing team. The purpose of this vacancy is to support existing customers with sales inquiries.
Role Requirements
* Liaising with customers and preparing proposals.
* Providing technical expertise to customers.
* Strengthening relationships with existing customers.
* Dealing with all inquiries supporting customer needs.
* Working with digital marketing to enhance customer network.
* Identifying new opportunities to optimise workflow.
* Project managing workflow to manage customer expectations.
Experience Required/Desired
* Proven track record in product sales or service roles.
* Project management of orders.
* Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage customer expectations.
* Technical experience within an Engineering company would be a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in working with a CRM system.
