Job Title: Project Officer Salary – £30,000 Location: Hybrid (within commuting distance to Manchester) Contract Type: Fixed Term 25 days Holiday Birthday Off and other attractive Benefits Cognition Education UK is seeking a Project Officer to join our programme delivery team to support our continuous professional development (CPD) offerings to the Further Education (FE) sector. The Project Officer will support all aspects of our programme delivery in accordance with agreed work plans and will have a specific focus on FE stakeholder engagement to support FE providers to participate and enrol onto our programmes. The Project Officer will support all aspects of the programme delivery in accordance with the agreed work plans. Key Responsibilities Ensuring that robust project management processes and procedures are implemented and continuously improved. Ensuring the project plan is adhered to, supporting milestones and KPI achievement. Working with programme stakeholders to develop programme collateral for use through appropriate marketing channels. Supporting programme data and feedback collection. Maintain relationships to promote Cognition’s vision and values with both external and internal stakeholders. Supporting the Programme Management team where appropriate. Supporting programme activity by completing administrative tasks as required. Other tasks in addition to those listed above as negotiated with your manager. Requirements To be considered you will Proven ability to work in and across teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple/competing priorities. Proven problem-solving skills. Strong planning and organisational skills Experience/knowledge in an optimal mix of specialist areas as relevant for the role which could include: Project Management and Marketing experience and/or expertise, Managing Processes, Customer Service, Administration, Reporting Skills.
