The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our company, driving growth through strong relationships and creative strategies. You’ll connect with customers in industries ranging from logistics to construction, identifying their unique needs and offering tailored solutions. Your understanding of steel fabrication (or eagerness to learn) will be a key asset in explaining the benefits of our robust, custom-built systems.
What You’ll Do:
* Strategic Growth: Identify and engage new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
* Client Relationships: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met from project conception to completion.
* Tailored Solutions: Work with customers to design racking systems that perfectly suit their operational requirements.
* Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends and provide feedback to enhance our product offerings.
* Collaboration: Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Presentations & Proposals: Create compelling proposals and deliver presentations that showcase the strength of our systems.
Who You Are:
* Customer-Focused: You’re empathetic, intuitive, and skilled at understanding what people need—even when they’re not sure how to articulate it.
* Knowledgeable (or Curious): While a background in steel fabrication or engineering is a plus, what matters most is your willingness to learn. We’ll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.
