About Your Opportunity:
This role supports the ever-increasing need to protect our national security through the development of software applications in an Agile environment to collect data, analyze it and allow our customers to make information-aware decisions. An exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and to tackle some of the biggest national security challenges. We have multiple positions for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches alike that have relevant security clearances and those that are able to gain them.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices or work with several teams in an advisory/coaching and assurance capacity.
2. Actively facilitate team-of-teams events (e.g. Program Increment Planning) and supporting activities such as roadmap development to ensure that the relevant objectives are achieved.
3. Support the team in identifying and addressing impediments to the attainment of goals, including taking action to remove impediments where appropriate.
4. Lead on the identification of training and development needs, for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required.
5. Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching and mentoring.
Your Experience:
1. Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.
2. Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum.
3. Excellent organisational and facilitation skills.
4. Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification e.g. PSM II / III, SASM.
5. Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC.

You will be working on a Scaled Agile project; however, prior experience of scaled agile working is not a requirement, a strong fundamental understanding of Agile principles and application of Scrum are more important.
