FRENCH SELECTION (FS)
Position: French speaking export sales coordinator
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum

The company:

Main duties:
1. Process and invoice sales orders, manage orders and ensure on time delivery.
2. Liaise closely with your sales team, operations teams, finance teams in Europe.
3. Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure good customer service.
4. Process supplier orders, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
5. Organise transport and create import and export customs documents.
6. Maintain cashflow by chasing customers for prompt payment by phone and email.
7. Work with teams to solve any disputes or payment delays.
8. Coordinate team expenses, collating overhead invoices and post, ordering office supplies.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken).
2. Excellent administration, organisation and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a team.
4. Excellent attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
5. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
6. Proactive and confident in communicating with customers, suppliers, and internally.
7. Willing to travel within the UK and abroad when needed.
