Domestic Heat Pump Engineer Postcode Coverage: Based in Tunbridge Wells central, Maidstone, Chatham or Sittingbourne Salary: £45,975.21 Who will you be working with? Our Domestic Heat Pump Engineers are the lifeforce of our business. As the interface between our products and our customer this team plays an integral role in ensuring that our customers are kept safe, warm and happy at all times. Supported by other experienced teams within the wider Baxi Customer Services function such as Planning, Technical Support and Resources who help to manage workloads and priorities effectively, they deliver a best in class service and provide invaluable human touch points to those in need of a fast, reliable, credible and practical solutions to a mechanical or electrical system design faults and/ or problems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide critical support to our customers all from the comfort of your own postcode. Working primarily with domestic customers, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with Air Source Heat Pumps, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely. What will you be doing? Working from home, you will receive daily appointments via a tablet device. Alongside this, your van will be stocked overnight by our couriers. Provide service, repair, commissioning and onsite technical support for service and installation engineers, clients, and End Users. Conduct service and repair of electric boilers, unvented and vented cylinders, and heat interface units You will be capable of delivering excellent customer service and top-quality solutions. Whilst full product training will be given, you will be confident in your diagnostics skills. About you: We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need to; Have a strong background working with Air Source Heat Pumps. Ideally F-Gas qualified Strong Technical knowledge of domestic and/or commercial plumbing, heating, electrical, and refrigeration systems is preferred. Capable of delivering excellent customer service and top-quality solutions. Whilst full product training will be given, you will be confident in your diagnostics skills.
