We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a part-time or full-time permanent basis providing high-quality occupational health services at one site located in West Wales. This role offers the opportunity to work within a professional and supportive team, delivering key occupational health services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Conducting telephone and face-to-face assessments, providing clear and professional reports, and offering expert advice to both employees and employers.
* Health Surveillance: Performing medical assessments, fitness-for-work evaluations, and workplace health monitoring, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Providing guidance on workplace health and wellbeing, supporting employees in maintaining good health at work.
Requirements:
* Strong case management experience, with the ability to assess and manage workplace health concerns effectively.
* Proficiency in health surveillance techniques, including conducting medical screenings and interpreting results.
* A qualification in Occupational Health (degree-level preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
