Salary : £28,416.27 Per Annum (£31,228.51 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours : 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid

The difference you will make as a Project Support Officer
Defect monitoring and customer satisfaction analysis to support continuous improvement of housing development and regeneration projects. Data management. Co-ordination of community consultation events, handovers and end of defects process for housing development projects; to support Project Managers in maximising customer satisfaction. Provide specific housing development related services and support to regional teams, management and project staff.

Role Profile
10. Control and monitoring of defects including liaising with customers, contractors and consultants to assist project staff with defect management.
11. Assist in the management of the defects process including, setting up project data (on RD20), maintaining accuracy of data, arranging inspections, reporting and monitoring the completion of defects; and being a local RD20 “Super User”.
12. Local analysis of defects and customer satisfaction to support continuous improvement.
13. Organise and co-ordinate community consultation events, meetings and publicity events.
14. Co-ordination of handovers and end of defects process to support Project Managers in maximising customer satisfaction, ensuring the collation and recording of essential data and the preparation and completion of resident handover packs
15. Set up and maintain appropriate systems and procedures to support the team
16. Assist with, research and prepare information for internal meetings, approvals, appraisals, tenders, reports, information packs etc. Ensuring information required by all internal clients such as CSC, Division, RCS and RHO is collated and available in a timely manner
17. Facilitating document management including proactive support to the development team to record and store documents to meet audit and procedural requirements.
18. Assist in the collation of information for internal and external Performance Indicators; and to support project Investment Reviews before and after handover to maximise the benefit and value of developments for customers and clients
19. Assist in the collation and input of data in to the Riverside Framework website
20. Prepare and check documents which require signing and sealing for compliance with TRG policy and procedure, arrange signing and sealing and ensure that the Power of Attorney database is kept up to date
21. Provide general project support to the management and project staff including the updating of data management and processing systems such as Pamwin, Academy and One market place.
22. Provide a high quality, customer-orientated service championing “Riverside Service Style” practices
23. Undertake personal development and training as necessary to keep up to date with legal, political, financial and other developments in the fields of housing and customer service.
24. Constantly review work outputs, setting improvement targets and review individual performance to ensure continuous improvement and encourage innovation.
25. Ensure compliance with Riverside’s Equality and Diversity policy, in respect of employment and service delivery. Ensuring that all data is compliant with legislation and policies relating to data quality
