Job Title: Modernization Sales Representative

The main goal is growing the modernization business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.
On a typical day you will:
1. Engage in conversation with customers to create awareness and need for renovation.
2. Present the right OTIS solutions to customers and identify customer-specific solutions.
3. Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis products in the full and partial range of renovation products.
4. Close deals independently.
5. Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
6. Plan and forecast orders on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
7. Collaborate with sales support and delivery teams.
8. Work in cross-functional teams for complex bids/RFQs.
9. Role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions, and in the environment created for your team.
10. Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers.

6. Capable of managing a long cycle pipeline in the sale of capital goods.
