Job Title: Lecturer in Human Resource Management
We are seeking a highly qualified Lecturer in Human Resource Management to join our team at Lincoln College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences in Human Resource Management programmes, utilizing their vocational knowledge and experience to inspire students and prepare them for progression to employment in the sector, progression within the workplace, or on to Higher Education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver teaching, learning, and assessment strategies that meet the needs of students and the requirements of the programme.
* Develop and maintain a high-quality learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
* Contribute to the development of the Human Resource Management programme, including curriculum design, assessment, and evaluation.
* Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, including academic and personal guidance.
* Participate in departmental and college-wide activities, including staff meetings, committees, and working groups.
Requirements:
* PhD in Human Resource Management or a related field.
* Proven experience of teaching and assessing in Higher Education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
