This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Co-Headteachers and Senior Leadership Team and share their leadership vision to support the school in moving on its journey to outstanding. You will initially take on a non-teaching role and will specifically be responsible for assessment, parental engagement, behaviour and providing strategic leadership to drive up standards and ensure outstanding provision and outcomes for every Rose Hill child.
