Treatmenttle: Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Benefits
We are seeking a professional Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager, with a strong history of working within the industry, to manage and grow company revenue from Client accounts. The company is a busy Water Treatment outfit in the South East of England, with a diverse and growing portfolio of Client contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and hardworking attitude and an excellent Client-facing manner. They are offering competitive salaries and packages for successful applicants.
Experience / Qualifications:
1. You will have established experience working for a well-established Water Treatment Company, as a Sales / Account Manager
2. Must be well-versed in ACOP L8, HSG and HSE guidelines
3. Ideally will have industry-related training / qualifications such as City & Guilds Cleans & Disinfections
4. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to successfully manage Client communications
5. Strong written ability
6. High IT proficiency
The Role:
1. You will be looking after a range of Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Client accounts
2. Managing revenue streams and identifying areas for further growth and implementing plans to increase business from both existing and new Clients
3. Being the first port of call for Clients, answering any technical and account queries
4. Upselling existing company services to Clients
5. Attending site visits with Clients to establish contractual requirements and keep updated on projects
6. Ensuring engineers and site staff are working efficiently and to a high standard as well as in line with industry guidelines
7. Writing detailed reports and reporting back to the operations and management teams
8. Maintaining personal knowledge and understanding of changes to industry guidelines and operations
9. Being flexible to travel as per company requirements
