Working with a successful startup business, this company located in South Leeds is keen to recruit an Events Administrator to join the team and support the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's administration experience and will be working 40 hours per week. This is a varied role where you will support various areas, including:
1. Supporting with events, exhibitions, and conferences
2. Sourcing venues
3. Looking at event costs; working closely with project managers
4. Sending invites to delegates
5. Liaising across departments
6. Conducting market research
7. Dealing with all enquiries
8. Managing all ad hoc administration support
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has a minimum of one year's administration/office experience and is looking for a busy and vibrant setting. The successful candidate will:
1. Hold a minimum of 1 year's administration experience
2. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Exhibit excellent attention to detail
4. Be a confident user of all MS Office packages
5. Able to work to strict deadlines
