In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Using our project management tool to track campaigns. - Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams in Europe and other regions to align on target segments (industry, customer channel, list of accounts), messaging (value propositions in accordance with various buying personas) and value drivers. - Own the creation and implementation of comprehensive, multi-touch marketing playbooks to generate demand and boost brand recognition. - Work with Global marketing teams to tailor existing content for specific audiences and create new marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, podcasts, videos, mailers, social media posts) in collaboration with subject matter experts. - Coordinate content translation processes, ensuring marketing materials meet market needs and present clear, compelling value propositions. - Evaluate marketing materials for adherence to brand standards before distribution. - Plan and implement in-person events (e.g., tradeshows, conferences, workshops) and virtual events (e.g., webinars) aligned with campaign strategy. This includes collaborator alignment, demo management, and promotional activities. - Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing collateral, translations, advertisements, PR, and promotional items. - Develop and manage budgets for Sales Campaigns, covering expenses for advertising, promotions, public relations, and translations. - Actively participate in Sales Communities meetings (face to face and online) by regularly communicating campaign updates and soliciting feedback from various collaborators. - Monitor effectiveness of the campaign from the marketing perspective to uncover opportunities for improvements. - Foster an environment of continuous process improvement and innovation within the marketing processes (Monitor competition activities, trends and developments to adapt and implement new marketing strategies.) You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems, then this is the perfect place for you For This Role, You Will Need: - Minimum of 3 years of marketing communications experience in an industrial or technology industry; - Experience in working as part of a global organization in a highly matrixed organization; - Experienced and demonstrated success in preparing marketing communications programs within a business-to-business environment; - Proven experience in effectively collaborating with marketing and sales functions to define, plan and implement promotional programs. - Strong English language writing skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and passionate about content creation. - Highly organized, great communicator and collaborator. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, journalism or English with studies in engineering, technology or science being a plus. - Knowledge or curiosity in process industries is valuable. - Second European language is an advantage.
