As a Social Worker CIC, you will:

What Do You Bring?
Were looking for professionals who:
Hold a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent, and are registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Have completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
Demonstrate post-qualification experience managing complex children and family caseloads.
Possess knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in safeguarding.
Exhibit exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Show a commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
