We are looking for office admin to join our team which is also optional to be flexible around School hours if needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including ledger management, debt collection, invoicing, and overseeing deliveries and stock management.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, working closely with clients to facilitate prompt payments
- Generate and process invoices accurately, adhering to billing policies and procedures
- Oversee deliveries and stock management, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock checks and managing replenishment orders
- Provide general administrative support, including maintaining files, managing correspondence, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
- Utilize software such as Sage or Xero to manage financial data
- Capable of managing CSV files for data analysis and reporting
- Can use mailing software
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with software such as Sage or Xero for financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
