Job Description:
A Salesforce Administrator is needed to support the Sales team. Key responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
* Ensuring records are up-to-date and minimum requirements are met
* Supporting the sales team as needed
* Adding notes to Salesforce
* Creating quotes and proposals
* Generating opportunities for renewals and deals with vendors
* Booking travel and accommodations
* Communicating with key customers
* Managing smaller renewals and vendor training
* Updating vendors on deals
* Overseeing bid management and data for prospecting
* Ensuring relevant people complete their tasks on time
* Supporting BDMs with data management
