Key Responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Raising and managing quotations for valued clients
* Handling credit requests
* Ensuring files are updated and maintained
* Inputting and updating data within inhouse CRM system
* Assisting with general administration duties within department
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and data entry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a sales administration role is a plus!
