Description
Responsibilities:
Advise on health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all projects
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Develop and implement health and safety policies
Deliver in-house training to staff to promote a safety-first culture
Assist with ongoing safety initiatives as the company grows
Develop, implement, and manage new and existing health and safety policies, procedures, and programmes in line with legal requirements and industry best practicesProfile
Professional health and safety certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in the construction industry (ideal but not essential)
A proactive approach to safety and compliance
