Our client is a friendly company in the Christchurch area who are seeking a new Accounts Manager / Service Charge Accountant in the local area.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
1. General banking
2. Monitoring income and expenditure
3. Raising invoices / credit control
4. Preparation & submission of VAT returns
5. Assisting with year end
6. Reconciling client accounts and issuing annual budgets to clients
7. Creation of Service Charge and Ground Rent demands, processing incoming payments
8. Answering service charge queries
9. Use of Quickbooks Online
Previous experience in property / service charges would be highly beneficial, but definitely not essential. You will need a good background in accounting, and previous experience with Quickbooks would also be a great skill to have.
