Working Hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you looking for a role within a friendly, family-owned company? Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our fun and supportive team. You'll be working in a recently refurbished office, providing essential sales support and helping to build strong customer relationships.

Main Duties
1. Qualify inbound leads and convert them from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified.
2. Engage with potential customers within key segments, ensuring they are ready for sales.
3. Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
4. Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
5. Assist Sales Support and Account Managers in achieving sales targets.
6. Process small orders/catalogue enquiries via phone and email.
7. Generate quotes for inspections and repairs.
8. Liaise with customers and suppliers to schedule inspections and manage diaries.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
10. Understand and apply knowledge of manufacturing and design capabilities within the supply chain.
11. Identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Excellent telephone manner
3. Self-motivated, confident, and reliable
4. Results-driven with a proactive attitude
5. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats
