We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Manager to spearhead the training efforts for a brand-new CRM system designed for financial advisors. This role offers the opportunity to shape learning experiences, drive adoption, and make a meaningful contribution to our clients growth plans.
About the Role
* Contract: Fixed-term, 9 months
* Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum
* Location: Field-based with a blend of in-person training and remote delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver tailored training programmes through various mediums, including face-to-face sessions, webinars, e-learning, and podcasts.
* Create and adapt engaging, practical training content to enhance user adoption of the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal experts to ensure training materials align with key business processes and compliance standards.
* Track and evaluate training effectiveness while providing ongoing reporting and insights
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders to execute a best-in-class training experience.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and has a strong background in both financial services and learning design.
Essential Experience
* Deep understanding of the mortgage, protection, and general insurance (GI) advice process.
* Proven success in designing and delivering behaviour-focused training.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* Familiarity with advising on training in FCA-regulated environments.
