Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Children's Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team on the Treehouse Children's Unit. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Paediatric Nurse who is interested in developing their leadership skills, to support the Ward Manager in leading the Treehouse team. You would need to be dynamic and thrive under pressure, as well as being committed to delivering outstanding patient care to children, young people and their families. The Treehouse Unit is a 20 bedded acute paediatric ward, with 8 paediatric assessment beds(PAU) and 2 HDU beds, we also run day case surgical lists 4 days a week. Within Treehouse we have 2 Paediatric Clinical Nurse Educators who will offer you a robust induction plan.
