Salary: £Great starting salary + uncapped commission/on target earning + discretionary pay reviews based on performance + pension + excellent on-the-job training + team days out + early finish Fridays + 28 statutory holidays + permanent full-time opportunity at end of apprenticeship.
The Requirements:
* Real drive and determination to succeed within a target-driven environment.

* Willingness to work full time in an office daily and make a high volume of sales calls.
* Confident individual with experience dealing with customers and clients, either face-to-face or over the phone, in a B2B environment.
* Must have held a part-time job at weekends/evenings whilst studying.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexible approach.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Great ICT skills, including experience with LinkedIn and social media.
The Role:
* Candidate Generation: Search job boards for suitable CVs, headhunting, asking for recommendations and referrals, utilizing the large database and latest search tools.
* Using social media and search engines such as LinkedIn to find candidates and vacancies/job leads.
* Conducting thorough telephone interviews, screening potential candidates via phone/Skype that match job briefs.
* Selecting suitable candidates to shortlist from CVs received via job advertisements.
* Adding candidates onto the database and undertaking general administration regarding job applications.
* Closing down/opening up job files on the CRM/database.
* Answering switchboard.
* Making a high volume of outbound calls to generate candidates and fill jobs.
* Building lasting relationships with clients based on honest communication and trust.
* Managing the candidate process from initial conversation through to offer and acceptance of the new role.
* Working to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
