Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
To cope with rising demand, we are looking for a Social & Ethical Auditor in the UK to complete social audits. As regulations evolve related to supply chain due diligence, opportunities for credentialed professionals promise to only continue to expand.
Duties include:
1. Conduct social audits assigned by the office.
2. Assign audit processes to audit team members according to the prepared audit agenda.
3. Supervise and support audit team members in order to help their development, through guidance, leading by example, on-site and classroom training, answering questions, and creating development plans.
4. Ensure audit processes are conducted in line with Eurofins Consumer Products Assurance (Eurofins CPA) and client’s expectations and to the highest standards.
5. Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
6. Follow Eurofins CPA Code of Ethics in all activities.
7. Adhere to Eurofins CPA policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, Integrity, QA, IT, and EHS.
8. Follow Eurofins CPA record-keeping procedures.
9. Follow clients’ instructions in using client’s platforms and tools.
10. Follow the Eurofins CPA escalation and cascading procedure.
11. Achieve job objectives set by office management.
12. Complete other job-related tasks assigned by the audits supervisor/manager.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2. APSCA status CSCA.
3. Proven experience as a Social Compliance Auditor in key schemes such as Amfori BSCI, SMETA by Sedex, COC, and SLCP, among others.
4. Knowledge in management systems, social compliance, and environmental management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
6. High ethical values.
7. Strong personal skills with good verbal and written communication.
8. Full UK Driving Licence.
