Job summary Performance & Insights - Collaborating Community Engagement for Stronger Outcomes Embark on a pivotal role in driving transformative change as a Performance & Insights Service Manager within the People Services (Childrens, Education, and Adults Performance & Insights). Our teams are pivotal in developing the tools, techniques and behaviours that improve our outcomes-focused performance management culture. As an inspiring leader, you'll bring substantial interpersonal and engagement skills plus experience in operational performance scrutiny and assurance.
