The consultancy is looking for senior-level engineers with the potential to progress into senior management roles in the near future. Candidates should have a strong mechanical engineering background, complemented by a solid understanding of other building services disciplines, and experience in building services design.
Key areas of expertise required include:
1. Building services design, covering all stages from concept and feasibility to detailed coordination
2. Knowledge of sustainable design principles, technologies, and practices
3. Commissioning processes and industry best practices
4. On-site technical service management
5. Contractor monitoring and quality assurance
6. Surveying and validation work
7. Experience across sectors such as commercial, fit-out, film studios, residential, sports facilities, leisure, life-science, education, and data centres

Preferred qualifications and skills include:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mechanical or building services engineering
2. 5-10 years of experience in a consultancy or contracting design role
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience in preparing technical reports and performance specifications
5. Proficiency in load and performance calculations, along with the use of relevant software
6. Familiarity with AutoCAD (or similar) and 3D BIM software
