We are now excited to be expanding our Rides and Attractions Team. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Ride Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safety standards are adhered to and creating memorable experiences for everyone who visits.
As a Ride Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring everyone has a safe and fun time. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Creating moments of joy and making guests’ visits memorable.
• Manage queue lines and assist guests on and off rides.
• Checking restraints and implementing ride restrictions.
• Operating rides and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to VIPs and Annual Pass Holders.
• Sharing your park knowledge and answering guest queries.
• Ensuring cleanliness around rides.
No Experience Needed: We provide industry-leading training to ensure you’re fully equipped for the role.
What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Comfort working outside in all weather.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments.

This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
