The role – what is it we would like you to do?
Currie & Brown is currently looking for an IT Data Comms Administrator for our London office who meets the following requirements:
* Educated with high GCSE grades in Maths and English at minimum.
* Previous experience working within an IT related job role.
* Possess excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Excellent experience using Microsoft Excel to assist in the upkeep and management of software/hardware records etc.
* Someone who shows care, and attention to detail, possesses excellent organisational skills and likes to take ownership and responsibility.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
* Knowledge in IT software, hardware, consumable procurement with good vendor/supplier management.
* Proven technical administration experience in Microsoft InTune for Mobile device and/or application management, Office 365 administration console, Microsoft Active Directory User management.
* Passion for working with mobile and AV technologies, with an eagerness to test or research to resolve issues.
* Good knowledge of Samsung and Apple mobile devices.
* Experience working with Helpdesk ticketing systems.
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you:
* A minimum of 3yrs – 5yrs experience having worked in a environment with good all-round computing skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Logging and dealing with support requests.
* Providing face to face or telephone support for IT admin related tasks.
* Occasionally travelling to regional offices to assist with site visits, office moves or system installation.
