Bishop Stortford Land Rover Contract Type: Permanent, part time Hours: (42 hours per week) between Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm Our Aftersales Manager is on the hunt for an Administrator with experience in Service and Warranty to come and join his fantastic team over at our Bishop Stortford dealership. You will be based within our Service hub and be part of a fantastic team which will be there to support and guide you through your new role. The Aftersales Manager will impart their knowledge and experience allowing you to develop your skills and establish a long career within the Automotive industry. Don’t forget you will also have a supportive team around you to help you along the way Our Service Administrators are fundamental within our Aftersales department Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection Examine completed warranty repair orders Prepare claim forms and supporting material Ensure maximum return from the manufacturer - for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork Review warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible and administer warranty policy in the best interests of the Dealership, manufacturer, and customer Inputting the manufacturer’s warranty payments, return of warranty parts to manufacturer and reconciliation of warranty schedule Keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions toward goodwill claims We are looking for an individual with a technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues. It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
