Job Description Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency Location: Southampton Salary: OTE £30k Position: Permanent – Full Time Are you highly organised, methodical, able to prioritise and proactive? The ideal candidate for this job will be part of a strong, experienced team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of local residential properties let on AST’s, so experience in all aspects of Residential Property Management including serving of S21 and S8 Notices and dealing with safety certificates is essential. You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential, while delivering superb customer care and service. Previous experience of having worked as a Property Manager is essential. In addition, candidates need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a track record of working within a customer service environment. Local candidates with their own cars will be considered preferentially.
