Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise across payroll, both internally and externally for the firm's clients Lead the team in ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to clients. Have prior experience of implementing new systems and payroll software Support and nurture other team members to aid their development. Build and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients. Leverage expertise across all aspects of payroll processing, from data input to report generation. Identify opportunities to optimise and modernise payroll processes through innovative ideas. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Passionate about the details and competent in all aspects of payroll processing. Strong leadership skills to guide and support team members. Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain client relationships. Forward-thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance payroll processes and client experience.
