Looking for your next finance role? Pertemps is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Ivybridge, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
As the Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing and recording transactions
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with payroll processing and employee records management
Conducting financial analysis and offering insightful recommendations
Helping with tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulations
Playing a key role in audit coordination and financial reviews
Taking on additional duties as required by the companyWhat we’re looking for:
Solid understanding of financial principles and practices
Experience using Xero accounting software
Familiarity with Leap in a legal environment (a plus, but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting toolsWhat's in it for you?

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Competitive salary: £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
