We are looking for an energetic salesperson to join our team and to be part of our Market Town Estate Agency.
The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, be energetic, passionate, and have a great work ethic.
We want the successful candidate to be part of our independent, specialist team - to have in-house training and to build their career with us as we continue to grow from our offices in Oundle, Stamford, Oakham, and Melton.
We are a 4 branch Market Town specialist and have a very unique offering in the local Market. As a negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, booking in and conducting viewings, qualifying and registering applicants, progressing sales, and developing and gaining Market Appraisals/Valuations for your office(s).
You will be working closely with the Branch Manager in our Oundle office and will be attending training and calls with the Group Sales Manager.
Prior experience is preferable but not required, as we are looking for the individual with the correct energy and mindset to join our team that can learn and grow with us.

There is a basic salary and an additional excellent, uncapped commission structure.
Monday to Friday - 0830 - 1730 & every other Saturday (c 0900 - 1400)
