Technical Support Technician £25k St Neots 5 days per week We're looking for a customer focused Technical Support Technician to join our client based in St Neots. You will be given full training on their products, so you can provide a strong level of service to the end users. Most tickets come in by email and can be responded by email - you won't be required to visit site. Full training is provided, company bonus scheme, as well as a friendly and welcoming team, dog friendly office, as well as the opportunities to enhance your career, such as transitioning into an Tech Engineer, should this be of interest As a Technical Support Technician, you will: Provide 1st/2nd Line Technical support Become a product SME Track tickets and keep ticketing system up to date Remotely log onto machines to troubleshoot issues Arrange for Engineers to visit site should the issue not be fixable remotely.
